FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Credit or debit card details are required on booking to reserve your room
50% of the booking is taken on booking as a deposit,or if within 60 days of the stay the whole amount will be charged.
The remainder of your stay will be taken 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
50% is taken if cancelled 60 days before the stay
100% taken if cancelled within 60 days of stay
Full payment is due if you are a no show or turn up breaking the terms and conditions
If you book to stay on the actual day you booked and your card declines you will be given until 12 noon to update your card details and make payment or your room will be resold and you will be refused entry,you will also be charged a £50 security deposit which is refundable if you contact the hotel before 12 noon and are accepted into the hotel.
If your initial or remaining deposit declines you will have to pay a £50 pre authorisation due to your card declining the day before arrival,this will be refunded as long as all terms and conditions are met.
Check in is only available 2pm-8pm
If you turn up with extra persons that are not registered on your booking form you will be turned away without a refund
If you are a no show or you turn up breaking the terms and conditions resulting in not being able to stay you will not be refunded and the full amount will be payable even if you are unable to stay due to the terms and conditions
If you use someones credit card that is not in your name we can in pose a refunderble security bond of between £50-£200 on arrival or decline your booking.
If a no show the full amount is payable
We do not accept cheques as payment or deposits
No refunds are given for any of the above
We are not able to offer someone else to take your booking if active,without full card details and i.d. on arrival plus a £50-£200 refunderble security deposit.
We do not accept under 18s in rooms on their own or sharing,they must be in a room with an over 18 year old or could be turned away.
Sorry we do not accept children under the age of 18 in the hotel.
You may be asked to show I.D. when checking in for security reasons.
We allow one date change if the date and room is available should you need to change your date once booked but if this booking is not kept you will lose your booking and full payment will be taken,must be changed within 60 days of the original booking and a security deposit of between £50-£200 will be added to your booking the day before for incidentals which is refunderble.
0.35p is added to all bookings as a booking fee
Your booking is not secure without the 50% payment being taken and if your card declines your room could be re sold if someone else books before you submit a new card for payment.
If you are relocated for any reason by booking.com the guest will be charged the relocation fee not the Lynbar Hotel.
we do not accommodate late check outs
WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES OR VERY LARGE BOOKINGS,OR SINGLE SEX PARTIES OR SIMILAR PARTIES
We can accommodate some group booking when checked first direct with the hotel, please ring before booking stating reason for stay to see if we can accommodate you,if you dont ring before hand you could be turned away at the door without a refund.
If you are foundto be part of a group but have booked separately and turn up knowing each other and as a cause of this break the 0 tolerance policy you will be asked to provide a £200 security bond,if the rules are broken again you will lose the security bond and asked to leave.
A security deposit will be charged at £200 on arrival which is refundable with any booking of 5 or more people and as long as our 0 tolerance policy is a heard too it will be refunded.
We operate a 0 tolerance policy any persons found to be smoking, behaving badly,being rude to staff members, being loud, causing damage to rooms or bedding,carpets or items in the rooms, missing items from the room,will result in them losing the booking with no refund and asked to leave the hotel,and will also be charged a surcharge for all the above from £50- £200
If you turn up to book in and are loud or boys truss on check or your card has declined previously or we feel that a deposit is needed for any reason we reserve the right to charge you a security bond from anything from £50-£200 which is refunderble on check out as long as all terms and conditions are kept to,if staying for a few days and you become noticeable to the managers for the wrong reasons then they can charge a security bond mid way through your stay,if this declined or can not be paid you will be asked to leave without a refund,you may be asked to leave straight away depending on the circumstances involved.
Group bookings will also lose their security deposit for any of the above as well as their booking and asked to leave.
By agreeing to the booking you are agreeing that we can charge your card accordingly regarding any bad behaviour, smoking or damage.
Smoking in the hotel carries a surcharge of £100
We do not have any parking available for our hotel but there is pay and display parking available very nearby.
Any guest bringing a none paying guest into their rooms will be asked to leave without a refund, if part of a group the security deposit will be lost.
Lost keys will result in a fine of £50
Late check out may result in a fine if room is not vacated before 10.00am on the day of departure.
please do not book as all female or all male adults as you may be turned away, security deposits will be charged at £200 on arrival should you turn up as all male or all female groups without checking first.
If the management are woken to answer the inside door or out side door after 10pm because of forgotten or lost keys or you have locked yourself out or you are intoxicated then your booking will be surcharged the£50,if you become aggressive once admitted or are loud and wake other guests getting to your room then you will be fined and asked to leave,if they are woken to deal with the alarm going off through your fault,you being loud,unruly then you or the person booking on your behalf will also be charged £50 and you will be asked to leave without refund.
If you are a company or are booking for someone else you will be responsible for the booking and any charges that apply during the stay,any terms and conditions are broken your guest will be asked to leave and charged the relevant charges through you or the company and no refund for the remainder of the stay will be given but will be lost.
By booking with us you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions and give permission for your card to be charged over any of the conditions mentioned should you break these terms and conditions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN BE AMENDED AT ANY TIME AND WILL APPLY TO ANY BOOKING REGARDLESS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
